May 2017 We had a fiber optic pool light that hadn't worked in years. When we had our pool redone, the guy that resurfaced the pool also replaced the light tower. It wasn't giving much light and he told us that nothing could be done. When we found Clem with Visual Artisan he came out very quickly and found the problem within 5 minutes. He was able to repair and redo everything that had been done incorrectly and now the light works fabulously. I am beyond thrilled with the level of professionalism and quality of work we received. I would recommend Clem to everyone and am already making plans to use his services to further enhance our pool. Very happy!! |

We had built a new home and add more lighting to our new kitchen, we hired Visual Artisan to do the work, a friend told us about them, they did a wonderful job. If you want energy efficiency and durability in your kitchen, then look no further call Clem Carrion of Visual Artisan, you really can not go wrong with the LED lights. Visual Artisan was referred to me by a company that was unable to create the countertop that I wanted. Clem showed up and I explained the look and feel that I was seeking in a fiber optic countertop and outside table. He measured the area, made a template, created a masterpiece and delivered and installed it on budget and on time. It doesn't get any better than this. Need I say more.

The patio finish looks exactly like wood. It is hard to believe it is cement. Clem and his crew did a amazing job! The were professional, neat, and delivered as promised. I was trying to surprise my husband and the schedule kept changing due to his military service. Clem worked with me so that it would continue to be a surprise. I am very impressed with his product! I have already asked for additional quotes to improve my home. I definitely recommend!

Having been in this industry for over 14 years, Visual Innovation was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. I needed to have my pool lighting fixed, and Clem Carrion came and assessed the problem (very simple issue) and fixed it. He charged only for the diagnostic, and nothing extra for the "repair." ($75).
I thought his price was reasonable and that he was a true professional whom I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
